Billy J. Anglon Jr. Co-Owner/Funeral Director/Embalmer
Billy is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. He has worked at Banks Funeral Home since 2004, becoming co-owner with Jeff in January 2017. After serving his apprenticeship at Banks Funeral Home, Billy attended Ogeechee Technical College where he earned his degree with Honors in Funeral Science Services in 2008. He received his Georgia Funeral Director/Embalmer licenses after graduation. Billy is a Veteran having proudly served in the United States Army with the 1st Calvary Division. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, camping and loves history. Billy and his wife, Amanda Clayton Anglon, live in the Shingler community with their children.

Jeffery T. Horne Co-Owner/Funeral Director/Embalmer
Jeff is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. He has worked at Banks Funeral Home since 2008 becoming co-owner with Billy in January 2017. Jeff graduated from the Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science in 1995. He received his Georgia Funeral Director/Embalmer licenses in 1998. Jeff has worked in the Funeral Service Profession in the Southwest Georgia area for most of his life. He served his apprenticeship at Banks Funeral Home from 1988 until 1990. Jeff is the Pre-Need Insurance Agent for Banks Funeral Home and received the 2013 President's Club Award from Investor's Heritage Insurance Company. Jeff is married to Cathy Shumate Horne and they reside in Sylvester. In his spare time he enjoys working in his yard and spending time with family and friends.
