Mrs. Willa Dean Kicklighter Pearson, 84, of Albany died Friday April 27, 2012 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday May 1, 2012 at Hillcrest Cemetery. Mrs. Pearson was born on January 25, 1928 to the late Willie Way and Sally Kate McCorkle Kicklighter in Bulloch County GA. She has lived in Albany for the past 10 years having lived in Worth County for many years. Mrs. Pearson was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Acree. Survivors include her daughters, Sue Kincheloe (Howard) of Germantown, TN., Barbara Urtchok (Steve) of Leesburg, Linda Dorough of Tifton; sons, John Pearson (Jane) of Brunswick, Ronnie Pearson (Scarlet) of Sylvester; grandchildren; Julie Lewis, Brian Kincheloe, Lisa Roberts, Sherry Gengler, Salena Papson, Justin Pearson, Vanessa Wood, Jennifer White, Stephanie Dorough, Joshua Pearson, Aaron Pearson, Rebecca Pearson; 11 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; brothers, Charles Kicklighter of Macon, Jack Kicklighter of Savannah; a sister, Evelyn Rogers of Savannah. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Pearson was preceded in death by a son, Richard Gene Pearson and a brother, Grady Kicklighter. The family will receive friends Monday (TODAY) from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Banks Funeral Home.
