Mrs. Laura Fay Fulford Schramm

December 3, 1940 - January 29, 2022

Mrs. Laura Fay Fulford Schramm, 81, of Dawson, died on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Pruitt-Health Palmyra in Albany. The graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Dawson. The Rev. Aaron McCulley will officiate. Mrs. Schramm was born on December 3, 1940 in Dawson to the late Jim Henry and Othell Avera Fulford. She lived in Dawson the majority of her life and was a retired beautician. Mrs. Schramm enjoyed painting, drawing, sewing, baking and crafting. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family especially her grandchildren. Survivors include her daughter, Renee' Schramm Worley (Mike) of Leesburg; grandchildren, J.W. Smith (Alayna), Kelby Wright (Devon), Deen Worley (Stacey), Dane Worley (Rachel); great grandchild expected in May, Adalynn Mae Smith; brother, Jimmy Fulford of Leesburg; Renee's father, Ricky Schramm of Dawson; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Schramm was preceded in death by her father and mother-in-law, Lorell and Gladys Ivey Schramm and a host of aunts and uncles.
