Mr. Kenneth "Kenny" Elmer Smallwood

Mr. Kenneth "Kenny" Elmer Smallwood, 63, of Sylvester, died on Friday, June 10, 2022 at the Willson Hospice House in Albany. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Banks Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Grady Morey will officiate. Mr. Smallwood was born on August 8, 1958 in Camp Zama, Japan. He had lived in Worth County for the past 21 years and was retired from Procter and Gamble in Albany after 43 years where he worked as a technician. Mr. Smallwood enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. Survivors include his wife, Patty Smallwood of Sylvester, GA; children, Kristen Brea Smallwood, Karen Beth Burch, Christopher Lee Tillery and Nicholas Wade Tillery all of Sylvester, GA; mother, Frances Bishop, of Saltillo, MS; grandchildren, Cora Leigh Tillery, Noah Wade Tillery, and Zoe Grace Tillery; siblings, Jim Smallwood, of Saltillo, MS, Peggy Vaughn, of Pensacola, FL and Margie Matthews of Crenshaw, MS. Mr. Smallwood was preceded in death by his father, James Calvin Smallwood and a granddaughter, Katie Burch. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Banks Funeral Home.
