Mrs. Debi Geoghagan Davis Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Mrs. Debi Geoghagan Davis, 56, of Sylvester died Monday April 11, 2011 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday April 14, 2011 at Pinson Memorial United Methodist Church with interment to follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashburn with the Rev Ronnie Wills and Rev. Ken Myers officiating. Mrs. Davis was born on December 31, 1954 in Ashburn, GA to the late Harold Lee and Melba Minter Geoghagan. She lived in Sylvester since June 2010 moving here from Cordele. Debi had lived most of her life in Lee County and was a retired Certified Legal Investigator who loved her grandchildren. She enjoyed crafting, collecting items of interest and loved her canine friends. Debi was a can do person and was very competitive. She was a member of the Pinson Memorial United Methodist Church, U.M.W., the Joy Sunday School Class and very active in the Pinson Food Pantry. Survivors include her husband Rev. Mike Davis of Sylvester; children, Nadine Davis of Atlanta, Blaine Renz (Josh) of Athens, Monica Crenshaw (Nathan) of Decatur, Nicole Davis (Rick Boges) of Leesburg, Michael Davis (Suzie) of Ft. Myers, FL; grandchildren, Trooper Renz, Raider Renz, Davis Crenshaw, Frances Crenshaw, Taylor Bews, Mikayla Davis, Gracie Davis, Jada Boges and McKenna Davis; sisters, Sheree Hickman of Ashburn, Marsha Wissinger of Polk, PA and Robin Satchell of Tallahassee, Fl and numerous nieces and nephews.
