Mrs. Betty Sue Williams Marshall, 70, of Lakeland, Fl. died Saturday August 20, 2011 at Good Shepherd Hospice at Palm Terrace in Lakeland, Fl. A graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday August 24, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Poulan Cemetery with Rev. Rocky Duckworth officiating. Mrs. Marshall was born on September 15, 1940 to the late Romey Elmore and Nettie Allison Giddens Williams in Worth County. She had lived many years in Lakeland and was a retired bartender. Survivors include her children Susan Gozzola (Robert) of Lakeland, Deborah Talley of Lakeland, Hal Talley (Shelley) of New Market, AL; sister Merle Martin of Pelham; brother Coy Williams of Poulan and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Banks Funeral Home.
